Engineering and Installation of Slug Catcher

Bushco was awarded the contract to engineer and supply a slug catcher unit to the Midia Terminal. We sourced the respective suppliers of parts, fabricators and engineering firms from the USA and Mexico and project managed the whole process.

The specialty pipes were Charpy tested and approved beyond the client’s specifications at -50 degrees Fahrenheit. Bushco achieved Lloyds certification for the fabrication and for the pipes and equipment. Bushco ensured that delivery of the system was executed to the client’s satisfaction by providing solutions that were hard to source and difficult to manufacture.
