Jet Mobile Fire Extinguisher

The Jet Mobile Fire Extinguisher is a truck mounted Oil & Gas Well fire intervention module. This method of extinguishing oil & gas well fires was invented and developed in Romania. With the end of the Gulf War, Romania was allocated eight oil well fires to extinguish. The Jet Fire Fighting Extinguisher was deployed, and successfully managed to execute its task.

The intervention module consists of an ejector assembly that comprises of a turbo jet engine, mobile support and channels for the flow of extinguishing substances and electronic control equipment.
The unit is used extensively in Romania, Kuwait and Turkey and has gained a reputation as an innovative method of fire fighting from a distance. With a maximum range of 22 meters, it allows for effective execution, while minimising risk to personnel.
